Daily Update:
Our June-bearing strawberries have peaked and are now available for picking on a daily basis until they are completely picked out.  There are still berries ripening daily, but they are smaller (very sweet!) and a bit harder to pick. The first flush of berries are ready for picking on our early-season Blackberries. Coming soon… Duke Blueberries and Marionberries.  Most berries are ripening earlier than usual this season, so stay tuned to this page for updates!

Grower’s Note:
Our ‘No Spray’ berries are grown without the use of pesticides or fungicides at any stage of growth. Please pardon our weeds … our biggest ‘pest’ is grass growing amongst our berry plants. We till and hand-weed our fields just until the berries begin to ripen and then we leave them alone so we don’t damage the fruit or new growth for next berry season.

Helpful Picking Tips:
Look for fully ripe fruit… For strawberries, the late season berries will be small and snuggled inside the foliage. These extra sweet berries will be worth the effort! For the sweetest blackberries, look for fully black fruit that comes off the stem easily. Blackberries with a slightly reddish tint will still taste good, but will be more tart and if left to ripen, will be fully ripe in 1-2 days.
