Freshly harvested, locally-grown gherkin cucumbers are sorted to provide a smaller assortment than our average-sized pickling cukes. Pickled gherkins are perfect for appetizers and charcuterie boards. Pickles must be made within 1-3 days of harvest for best results.
Please Note: Our pick up dates are subject to change throughout the season. Follow this order deadline guide depending on our posted pick up dates each week:
Thursday Pick-up: Orders must be placed by 10am on Wednesday
Friday Pick-up: Orders must be placed by 10am on Thursday
